About the Role

根据分公司层面监管政策与服务承诺要求，牵头组织落实消保审查、培训、考核评价等消保基本职责，围绕“以客户为中心”，切实推动分公司各项消保工作的有效落实，并优化客户体验

工作职责：

• 根据总公司及所在地监管要求，协助部门负责人开展本机构消保与服务规划，全面落实本机构消费者权益保护制度，推动消费者权益保护各项工作的有序开展；
• 拟定并持续完善分公司消费者权益保护细则，协调各相关部门完善消费者权益保护工作机制，并根据监管要求及市场变化及时更新
• 执行分公司产品与服务、合作机构协议的消保审查工作，并出具审查意见；执行对存在合作关系的中介机构和第三方机构消费者权益保护的监督评价工作
• 协助牵头组织开展消费者权益保护工作内部考核，督促相关部门和辖属分支机构妥善处理各类消费投诉
• 推动落实分公司消费者权益保护内部培训工作
• 配合总部及当地监管要求，设计并组织开展消费者保护集中宣教活动；基于当地实际情况，策划、组织开展常态化消费者保护宣教活动
• 根据监管消保评级要求开展自评工作
• 根据监管及总公司要求开展消保相关检查及自查，协助督促分公司各部门对检查结果及时跟进整改
• 在指定时间按时按质按量完成主管安排的其他工作
• 团队协作，为同事开展消保工作提供合理的建议与支持

任职资格：

• 全日制大学本科以上学历，经济、金融、法律类专业优先；
• 具有一定的消费者权益保护相关岗位工作经验者优先；
• 对银行保险业消费者权益保护工作涉及的法律、合规、风险政策有一定的了解，对银行保险业服务工作有所了解；
• 具备较强的文字表达能力，具备较强的独立思考能力，开放、务实、肯钻研，工作严谨细致；
• 良好的沟通协调能力，具有强烈的工作责任心、学习能力和团队合作精神。
• 保险行业专业知识扎实，良好的英语读写能力；
• 电脑操作能力强，能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel, Word等。
