About the Role

Responsible for handling customer inquires via telephone, email, or online platform

Duties:

  • Handle agent(s) enquiries via hotline, email and livechat within the agreed service pledge
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper resolution of agent’s problem
  • Assist the team in resolving escalated and complaint cases
  • Provide comprehensive and professional services ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement and quality assurance standards
  • Handle and support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above;
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1 and 2
  • Minimum 3 year’s work experience in customer service call centre or frontline counter services, preferably gained from insurance industry.
  • Good customer service, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Customer-focused, positive, self-motivated and willing to learn;
  • A good team player with ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
