Johnson Controls is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join our team at the İzmir plant. This position will directly report to the Customer Service Manager in Bratislava, playing a crucial role in bridging the İzmir team with our Customer Support in Bratislava.
What You Will Do
- Act as a liaison between the İzmir team and Customer Support (CS) in Bratislava.
- Support inquiries related to orders submitted by CS in Bratislava.
- Handle order processing tasks including PIN configuration and OA generation.
- Confirm orders and manage backlog shifts.
- Reserve and manage stock, including updates, information, and orders.
- Address open topics related to orders, such as documents and missing parts.
- Serve as an extended contact in the factory for sales team questions and order management.
- Assist with AP invoice resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve specific customer requests via CS in Bratislava.
- Develop and adjust systems and processes as needed, providing reports and status updates.
- Independently handle requirements and lead the sorting and completion of incoming requests.
How You Will Do It
- Utilize advanced English language skills to communicate effectively.
- Apply advanced Excel knowledge for data management and reporting.
- Proactively support and communicate with team members and other departments.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work independently to solve problems and manage tasks.
- Leverage experience in customer support and knowledge of Oracle and Power BI (if applicable).
- Use previous experience in a plant or factory setting to enhance order management processes.
- Provide training and support to team members, continuously seeking improvements.
