Job Description Qualifications:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Overall Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for Estimates at Complete on a number of F/A-18 contracts, including robust opportunity and risk development

  • Development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly financial forecasting

  • Drive increased financial performance to meet long range business plan (LRBP) and assess financial implications on profit and loss (P&L)

  • Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers

  • Provide financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits

  • Support Executive briefings and special assignments/actions as required

This position allows hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Our Successful Candidate should have:

  • Extensive knowledge in accounting, finances and business

  • Experience with LRBP, forecast, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes

  • Experience in developing and executing executive briefings and special assignments

  • Experience in financial forecasting and risk development

  • Experience in Estimating or Contracts & Pricing also a plus

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, accounting, business, or related field

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

  • 1+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business, or related role

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

  • Experience working with the financial EAC process, LRBP & Forecast process, budget baseline process, control account EAC process, and Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting (CSPR)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance related position including but not limited to: Financial Operations, Accounting, Estimating, or Financial Planning

  • 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting executive level briefings

Experienced:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $79,050 – $93,000

Level 4: $99,450 – $117,000
