• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Engage with customers post-contract to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.

• Drive renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Conduct business reviews, including issue identification, opportunity assessment, and forecasting.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities, including follow-up actions.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Inside Sales.

• Advanced proficiency in Sales Onboarding.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
