Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of system design and integration patterns.
- Experience with scalable software frameworks and modular architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and optimize data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data management and distributed systems.
- Skilled in collaborating within agile development environments to deliver high-quality software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
