What You Will Do

This position works under the supervision of Strategic Pricing & Contracts Manager, working directly with the Emergency Care Strategic Sales team and functional units on a broad range of matters including: facilitating the execution of customer contracts and proactively handling various transactional matters including RFPs; serving as the primary point of contact  between the SP&C team and assigned Strategic Sales Managers; implementing and managing the internal and external process for execution and filing of RFP proposals and agreements; monitoring and tracking status of RFP/contract matters; and assisting on other matters as needed. This position will support Savvik, NASPO, Sourcewell and HGCA Contracts plus any newly executed Cooperative Agreements.  In addition, the position will support the LE+ (Law Enforcement; Other Government) organization.

  • Position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills along with an aptitude to develop sound business judgment. Position often requires working under tight deadlines and requires effective time management skills.

  •  Facilitate the review, approval and execution of all customer contracts for assigned business segment of responsibility in the United States

  • Work with sales to renew expiring contracts in a timely manner.

  • Review usage reports and customer compliance reports and advise sales force of necessary contract adjustments.

  • Run sales reports and facilitate administration fee payments per each customer’s contract terms.

  • Manage the timely and accurate completion of all assigned customer RFP submissions including the inclusion of all necessary functional SMEs

  • Attend Sales led staff meetings with assigned teams to maintain a close working relationship with assigned business partners, both virtual and in person, as needed

  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including serving as the “one point of contact” for the SP&C team within assigned territory

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience (6+ years)

  • 2+ years relevant professional experience in a Sales facing environment

  • Demonstrated experience with municipal/state government requirements related to public bidding and/or contracting strongly preferred

  • Strong Microsoft application skills, particularly in Excel and Word, Power BI highly preferred

$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
