Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various business units and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and provide seamless user experiences. The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving business demands, ensuring that the software remains robust and efficient throughout its lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
