This team works on providing Payment Switching & Clearing solutions to clients in APAC region.  We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced analyst to our growing team.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct various types of research and analysis to support business operations of an internal business segment, division, group or line of
• business. Assist management in resolving business issues in an effective and productive manner. Design, document and re-engineer
• Advanced professional role. Wide-ranging experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in
• creative and effective ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

What you bring:

• Experience in Client interaction, Relationship Management, Preparing Functional Specifications, Use-case modeling, UAT co-ordination, Manage scope changes, Documentation and User training.
• Partnering with customers and leadership to identify business requirements and feature needs, define clarity in scope of the project, understand existing and new product functionalities, work with development to derive technical design and solution approach, prioritizes assigned features according to business needs adjusting throughout implementation as needed and direct the delivery of technology and business strategies with a strong ROI. 
• Create Functional Requirement, Implementation plan, Backout plan and Test evidence documents for customer implementations (user stories, use cases)
• Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set and create product demos for customers.
• Knowledge in Banking products and services through documentation, cross-training and knowledge transfer.
• Experience in Switching technology, ISO 8583 standards, Cards & Payments, Authorization, Clearing, Settlement concepts.
• Experience in existing FIS payment products like IST, Data Navigator a plus.
