Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Actively work on production incidents, ensuring timely analysis, resolution and minimal business impact. 2.Handle JIRA stories including analysis, code fixes, testing and deployment. 3.Manage client interactions with a focus on effective communication, clear updates and stakeholder management. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Data Cloud, and Health Cloud. 2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture with hands on experience in designing and supporting scalable solutions. 3. Practical exposure to AMS support/development including testing and deployment in real-time projects. environments 4.Flexible and comfortable working in rotational shifts as per business needs. 5.Demonstrates strong commitment and readiness to take on new challenges. 6.Maintains a proactive approach towards learning and delivering quality outcomes Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
