Summary: As a Product Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative digital or physical products. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, sketching initial concepts, and creating detailed prototypes. You will engage in iterative user testing, gathering feedback to refine product designs, ensuring that the final output meets user needs and expectations. Additionally, you will document the design process and present your findings to stakeholders, contributing to the overall vision of the product development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative product concepts. - Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for product refinement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of design principles and user experience. - Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma. - Ability to create both 2D and 3D product designs. - Familiarity with user testing methodologies and feedback analysis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
