About Job

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify, debug, and remediate accessibility defects across complex web applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

• Own the pull request lifecycle, including branching strategy, code reviews, and merge validation to maintain code quality and prevent regressions

• Design, develop, test, and debug front-end applications using JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate Figma or similar design artifacts into accessible, pixel-accurate user interfaces

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and debugging support to feature teams during development and integration phases

• Work with cross-functional and partner teams to architect and deliver scalable front-end solutions

• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern front-end patterns, tooling, and best practices to improve development workflows and application quality

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience building modern, responsive, and cross-browser web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

• Strong hands-on experience with React, including hooks, component architecture, and state management

• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience enforcing type safety and improving code reliability

• Experience with Azure DevOps / VSO, including CI/CD pipelines, work item tracking, and pull request workflows

• Strong CSS expertise, including layout systems (Flexbox, Grid) and scalable styling approaches

• Experience using front-end build and package management tools such as Git, NPM, and Yarn

• Proven experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and debugging

• Strong knowledge of web accessibility, including WCAG guidelines, ARIA roles, and accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, Lighthouse, screen readers)
