As a People Partner, you will support the daily People Operations function, working closely with the Director of People. 
 

  • Contribute to shaping people strategy for our next growth phase 
  • Coach managers on best practices; build trusted relationships across teams 
  • Assist with investigations of complex employee relations issues objectively and thoroughly 
  • Partner with managers and employees to strengthen morale, productivity, and retention 
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries (policy, pay, benefits) and support performance management (goals, PIPs, disciplinary actions) 
  • Design, implement, and improve people programs in a high-growth environment 
  • Collaborate on talent calibrations and compensation planning 
  • Support L&D initiatives, including training and career development 
  • Maintain HRIS data and personnel records; ensure compliance 
  • Administer leave (FMLA/ADA/state) and support benefits administration 
  • Track employment law compliance and prepare HR metrics/reports 
  • Support I-9/E-Verify, unemployment claims, and recruiting logistics 
  • Maintain HR policies and handbook documentation

 Qualifications 

  • 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally with experience in manufacturing or start-up teams 
  • Broad HR exposure: compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations 
  • Comfortable with hands-on operational work 
  • Strong communicator  
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, thrives under pressure 
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
