Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide front office administrative support for both the site and Customer 
Operations function. The incumbent will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills to clients, 
visitors, and staff. Additionally, the incumbent participates in special projects and other duties as directed.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
 Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not 
limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, 
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other 
regulatory requirements. 
Customer Operations Responsibilities:
 Daily accountability for Customer Operations transactions includes, but is not limited to:
o Order entry/maintenance/acknowledgment
o Verification of orders and review of order status
o Kanban/Consignment releases and analysis as appropriate
o Quote Entry (RFQ) in Oracle
o Issue RMA numbers
o Internal follow-up
 Serves as the Customer Operations value stream representative which may include assuming 
responsibility for the following tasks: production smoothing, customer calls, demand management, and
projects as needed.
 Promotes customer advocacy during interactions with peers and facility personnel.
 Communicates with customers and other Integer functions (Sales, Customer Service) to fully understand 
customer requirements, such as fluctuations in demands, quote entries, etc.
 Responds to requests with prompt, meaningful answers and input when working with customers and 
other Integer functions.
 Performs all Customer Operations responsibilities in accordance to local and global Customer Operations 
process and procedure documents.
General Site Operations Responsibilities:
 Performs day-to-day general office administration which includes, but not limited to: maintaining reception 
area, answering phones, coordinating meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, collecting data and 
preparing reports, and filing documents as requested.
 Provides administrative support on ancillary projects, as needed.
 Provides administrative support to Human Resources and site leadership, as needed.
 Performs other duties as required.

Education & Experience:
 Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business 
Administration or related field preferred.
 Minimum Experience: 3-5 years’ experience working within a professionally managed business; Prior 
operations, customer service or purchasing/buying experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
 Special Skills:
o Demonstrated ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with proficiency; Advanced Excel 
skills preferred
o Demonstrates excellent verbal and written business communications skills
o This individual must have the ability to interface with customer, Associates and management at 
various levels within the organization
o Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
o Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity and trust; Able to handle sensitive information 
and maintain confidentiality
o Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
