We are looking for a Legal Operations Assistant to support Japan Legal team. In this role, you will provide support for Legal Counsels. You will receive clear guidance and support from the team. 業務内容 / Role Responsibilities
事務および調整業務を幅広くサポートしていただきます。

You will support the team across a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

• デジタルおよび紙媒体での書類整理・ファイリング Organising and filing documents in digital and paper formats
• 書類の不足の有無、書式、基本的な正確性の確認 Checking documents for completeness, formatting, and basic accuracy
• 捺印関連の業務サポート Supporting seal workflows
• 法務局からの登記簿謄本・印鑑証明書の取得 Obtaining corporate registry (登記簿, 印鑑証明) from the Legal Affairs Bureau
• 会議の日程調整・管理 Coordinating and adjusting schedules for meetings and internal discussions

• 簡単な書類の編集・体裁調整 Editing and formatting simple documents

• 翻訳に関連する軽微なサポート業務（対訳チェック、再入力、書式調整など）Supporting light translation-related tasks such as comparison, retyping, or formatting

• 基本的な庶務サポート Assisting with basic corporate secretarial errands

• 日本リーガルチームに対する一般的な事務サポート Providing general administrative support to the Japan Legal team

応募資格/ Qualifications
サポート業務に関心があり、整理されたプロセスでの業務を好む方からのご応募を歓迎します。

• 明確な指示や既存の業務プロセスに沿って業務を進められる方Ability to follow clear instructions and established processes
• Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlookの基本操作ができる方Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 周囲と協力しながら、誠実に業務に取り組める方A reliable and cooperative approach to working with others
• 日本語に堪能であることProficiency in Japanese

歓迎する経験・スキル / Preferred experience:

• 基本的な英語力（読み書き）Basic English skills (reading and writing)
• 事務職またはサポートロールでの実務経験Experience in an administrative or support role

法務の専門知識や法的資格は不要です。法務未経験の方のご応募も歓迎します。We welcome applications with no prior legal background or legal qualifications!
