您将对上海迪士尼度假区及其附属资产的相关侵害，违规行为及其工作区的人身伤害案事件开展全面调查。您将在调查中利用熟练的面谈技巧和有关技术，技能收集和固定信息，并独立完成工作报告。在调查中，您还将根据需要同公司内部相关部门及商业伙伴以及外部行政执法等机构进行协作。您将按需第一时间到现场的开展处置工作并控制事态升级。

工作内容：

• 您将根据上级领导工作部署，对侵财类，人身伤害类，侵害商标及知识产权类以及危害公司正常运营的案件或事件开展调查;
• 您将运用直接面谈，侧面访谈，关系人谈话等方式获取事实，固定证据;
• 您将运用监控，电子信息收集，开源资料查询等手段提取信息;
• 您将独立完成案事件报告，并向上级领导汇报;
• 您将熟悉整个园区情况，并和相关部门及人员保持良好的沟通及合作关系;

Job Summary:

You will conduct comprehensive investigations of property damage, policy violations, and workplace violence incidents at Shanghai Disney Resort. You will be responsible to utilize advanced interview techniques and technological assets to gather information as part of the investigation process. You will coordinate with internal business partners and external agencies as needed during the investigation and adjudication of assigned cases. You will need to respond to scenes instantly and handle the situation.

What you will do:

• You will conduct investigations into property damage incidents, workplace violence, policy violation, and Company/brand concerns as assigned by Investigations leadership;
• You will utilize direct interviews, forensic interviews, talking with relevant persons to gather facts and evidences;
• You will utilize ways of CCTV, electric information collection, and data query to fetch information;
• You will finish the case report independently and report to investigation leadership;
• You will know well about the whole park, communicate with LOB, and keep a good cooperation relationship;

What to bring:

• Over 1-year work experience with a college degree and above;
• Good verbal and written communications skills;
• Good abilities of observation and judgment;
• Good execution capability and physical quality;
• Strong sense of responbility and working pressure-resistant;
• Good service awareness and resilience to pressure;
• Basic English communication skills;
• Basic Office software skills;
• Experienced in organizations related to security, army, and law enforcement;
• Good knowledge of relevant legal practices and procedures;
• Familiar with installing, operating security systems;
• Experience and skills in communicating with Human Resources, Legal, Public Relations and other departments;
• Experienced with contingency related work.
