Key Responsibilities

In the role of Software Development Engineer 2, you will:

  • Build, develop, and implement software applications that meet Adobe’s high standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software solutions.
  • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive and modern.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Experience with software development tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
