Responsibilities


The Senior Collections Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Company’s day-to-day accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and reviewing sales orders and invoices, accounts receivable journal entries, account reconciliations, managing collections outreach & maintaining schedules. This position will report into the Director of Revenue and will be expected to work cross-functionally & build relationships across multiple departments. 

  • Lead the accounts receivable and collections activities, including billing, customer collections, and maintaining accuracy of customer records.
  • Support sales order management and billing to ensure timely, accurate, and complete accounting and reporting of revenue-generating transactions.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer billing inquiries & lead customer outreach efforts to ensure accuracy of customer contacts & collectability.
  • Assist with on-going projects for streamlining and automation of collections processes.
  • Partner with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams to comply with internal policies and GAAP.
  • Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts receivable.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for general financial operations, as needed, to support business and any other special projects.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years related experience in accounts receivable and/or revenue accounting
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong accountability, organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and thrive, while also contributing to team goals and objectives
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and messaging skills
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills; high level of curiosity, ability to dive deep, find solutions and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS/Technology industry
  • Experience with SalesForce & NetSuite
  • Experience scaling accounts receivable operations

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.

The above represents the anticipated total rewards package for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.

Pay Range
$90,000$103,000 USD
