Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on enhancing the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the delivery of robust software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the development process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation to support testing activities.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing for security, API, and regression.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automation strategies and automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement in testing processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
