Our Martos plant is one of the largest within our Visibility Systems Group, responsible for the development and manufacturing of Lighting and Electronic Products, with a workforce of approximately 2.600 employees. From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions and stylish, design-focused exterior lighting, Valeo innovates constantly to improve comfort and safety for both drivers and passengers.

The Mission

To guarantee Project performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, and Timing) throughout project management. Ensure the coordination of the Project or System to achieve the launch of all projects in accordance with Valeo and Customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.

• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Components, Systems with known technological components, etc.).

• Responsible for achieving Project KPIs regarding profitability (product/development, Development Activity Payback, and Extended Margin), Quality, and Production Readiness.

• Secure and monitor Project resources.

• Resolve all project issues requiring support from relevant functions through the Project Escalation process.

• Define and manage the budget, including budgets for sub-projects within your project/system.

• Manage relationships with customers (local and central) and coordinate communication within the team and with associated P2/P1 projects.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.

• Knowledge of product cost structures, payback periods, etc.

• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.

• Successful experience in P0/P1 project development (2–3 years).

• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).
