In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and execute people strategy, support a defined business area or location, and play a key role in fostering a high‑performance, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture. You will work alongside leaders as a trusted advisor, enabling them to make informed, people‑centric decisions that strengthen business outcomes.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• As future opportunities arise, you may be responsible for:

• Understanding and contributing to overall business and people strategies.

• Driving the HR value proposition by partnering closely with managers, functions, and Shared Services.

• Determining and delivering HR priorities, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.

• Ensuring effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.

• Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle through the execution of end-to-end HR processes.
