We are looking for a Financial controller for European subsidiaries (W/M) for a key role at our headquarter in France. You will join the dynamic team of EES Division Europe Financial Department. You will work in close collaboration with management, the headquarter’s teams (management, treasury, management control) and our financial partners in the different European countries. Your mission will be to strengthen our teams and actively support this growth by driving our performance analysis.

Your missions

• Financial Monitoring and Reporting
  • Ensure monthly monitoring of the P&L and Balance Sheet of European subsidiaries.
  • Develop and ensure the reliability of reporting presented to the Division's General Management.
  • Analyze performance indicators and control them against forecasts.
  • Participate in closing operations and budget forecasting exercises.
• Optimization and Communication
  • Regularly communicate with international teams to ensure the reliability of reported data.
  • Manage an apprentice/junior in support of reporting consolidation.
  • Optimize financial control processes and continuously improve monitoring tools.
• Strategic Control and Integration
  • Ensure financial control over major projects (margin, progress, invoicing/FAE, etc.).
  • Participate in the integration process of new companies.

You have a minimum of 4 years' experience in management control, and you hold a Bac+5 degree (Master or Business/Engineering School with a specialization in finance or financial control).

You have a strong knowledge of financial and accounting analysis and demonstrate exemplary rigor. Your autonomy, flexibility, and ease in teamwork are recognized. You also demontrate excellent communication skills to interact with our multicultural teams.

Regarding tools, you are perfectly comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, Business Object, and Power BI. Knowledge of SAP would be a valuable asset. Professional English and French is essential, and proficiency in German or Spanish would be a real plus. Knowledge of the construction industry (BTP) is an advantage. This position involves regular travel to various sites across Europe.
