Job Responsibility:  

•         Support daily operation of PnP Handler systems (EPSON, Matrix) for Non‑GC production lines.

•         Perform machine troubleshooting, failure analysis, and recovery during breakdown events.

•         Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities.

•         Support machine setup, adjustment, and calibration according to process requirement.

•         Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

•         Coordinate with production, process, and external vendors when required.

•         Maintain technical documentation, service records, and maintenance history.

 

 Job Qualification: 

•         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).

•         Experience in supporting PnP Handler or automation equipment (EPSON or similar systems preferred). Knowledge of machine troubleshooting, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and basic control systems.

•         Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent production issues.

•         Basic understanding of manufacturing environment and production flow.

•         Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
