About the Role:
As a Financial Solutions Representative II, you’ll act as the primary liaison for our reseller partners, blending inside sales, business development, and operational execution. You’ll configure and quote financing packages, guide credit approvals and contract negotiations, and proactively identify new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the go-to expert for assigned reseller accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships through regular outreach, financial guidance, and product education.
Develop account plans, forecast pipeline activity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Financial Solutions Design & Delivery
Use judgment and technical expertise to configure, price, quote, and process flexible financing, leasing, and payment-term solutions.
Educate customers on program options, promotions, add-ons, and alternative product financing to maximize value.
• Sales & Negotiation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research.
Lead negotiations on credit terms and pricing, securing approvals from internal stakeholders when necessary.
Achieve or exceed individual and team targets for market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with operations, credit, legal, and product teams to expedite contract execution and order fulfillment.
Share your subject-matter expertise to mentor colleagues and support project teams.
What We’re Looking for:
Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in inside sales, financial services, or technical product support (IT distribution/technology leasing preferred).
Customer centricity and relationship building
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication across all levels
Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple deals independently
CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) or financial-quoting tools would be an asset.
Familiarity with IT distribution, vendor programs, or technology financing models is preferred.

Professional office environment.
