Position overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of highly qualified and experienced software engineers
  • Plans, organizes, manages, and controls the activities involved in the implementation of product development.
  • Prepares systems projects/plans with priority recommendations and presents systems proposals to higher management.
  • Schedules, controls and reports progress of engineering activities.
  • Reviews requirements and prepares related recommendations.
  • Prepares operational forecasts and requirements for data processing, systems development, and communications.
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
  • Extend our platform to handle an expanding set of features.
  • Regularly make specific determinations about system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering
