About the Role

iCapital’s Client Solutions EMEA team is seeking an Associate to support and actively work with the Head of Global Marketplace. In this role, you will play a key role in contributing to the development and advancement of iCapital Marketplace, iCapital’s digital Private Markets investment platform. iCapital’s rapid international expansion creates an opportunity for a motivated and energetic professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. This position will be based in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Global Marketplace to drive forward to development of iCapital Global Marketplace.
• Support in the execution and conception of the strategy for iCapital Global Marketplace.
• Serve as a go-to person to provide expertise and guidance on iCapital Global Marketplace topics, including through live demos of the platform.
• Own the preparation and coordination of marketing materials (presentations, videos, website…) and client events to showcase iCapital Global Marketplace, working closely with the US and International Marketing & Communications teams.
• Articulate iCapital’s Global Marketplace solution and capabilities.
• Coordinate and manage key developments and initiatives, building strong working relationships with other iCapital teams, including Platform Solutions, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing & Communications and Asset Manager Solutions teams to achieve the best client experience.

Qualifications 

• Solid academic credentials in relevant field.
• 3+ years of solid work experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry.
• Exposure to / interest in Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes.
• Past experience with other investment / technology platforms is welcome.
• Proactive approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with a professional and positive attitude.
• Highly collaborative and able to think strategically about business opportunities.
• Language skills: Business proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.
