As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage all administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations. You will ensure data quality, provide end-user support, develop and conduct training, and perform system audits. Your role includes implementing configuration changes, researching Salesforce updates, and maintaining documentation. You will collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to meet their needs and coordinate with vendors and consultants as required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
  • Manage Salesforce.com configuration changes, including (but not limited to): workflow, process builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Provide support to end-users and resolve any issues related to Salesforce.com.
  • Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce.com users.
  • Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Import data into Salesforce.com as required.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce.com. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems or issues.
  • Work with business leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications.
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users.
  • Work closely with other teams including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure Salesforce supports their specific needs and functionalities.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and consultants as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Service Cloud.  
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
  • Advanced English skills.

Work Arrangement:

• Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,675.00 - $77,333.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
