• Creates and maintains accurate employee records in the employee file.
• Responds to employee inquiries, questions, and concerns.
• Supports organizational and development efforts for all employees.
• Assists in company- wide and CSR programs and events
• Assists in Performance Management Process, Rewards and Recognition Programs.
• Assists in the Internal Communications of the Company
• Facilitates employee trainings, orientation, surveys and reporting.
• Performs such other functions as maybe required.

• Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

• Can render at least 500 hours

• Willing to work onsite in Paranaque

• Willing to work from Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
