This is a fixed term contract starting in January 2026 until end of November 2026

Position Summary

You will act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and supranational organizations regarding supply and demand management for Albendazole, Tafenoquine, and Malaria Vaccine, in partnership with the respective Access Program Leads for these assets. Ensure continuity of contracting, demand planning, and supply oversight, maintaining strong relationships and operational alignment during the cover period

Responsibilities

This role is the point of contact who leads interactions with internal stakeholders and Supranational Organisations related to supply to Supranational Organisations:

• Lead demand planning, supply oversight and contracting for Albendazole, Tafenoquine, and Malaria vaccine, ensuring timely and compliant delivery to supranational organizations.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasting models and processes for products in scope, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global health objectives and supply chain capabilities. Collaborate closely with external partners and internal Scientific Affairs and Public Health Markets teams to establish robust demand forecasts.
• Act as a key partner for the Access Program Lead, providing strategic input and operational support for demand/supply, and ensuring demand forecasting aligns with program goals and financial planning.
• Contribute to manufacturing strategy for Global Health products in scope.
• Liaise and communicate internally with global commercial functions, medical, regulatory affairs, legal, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and regional teams to ensure operational alignment and progress of deliverables.
• Represent SNO business in key functional business areas including Commercial teams, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, etc.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- University degree in health sciences, public health, life sciences, economics, policy or related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in experience in pharma LOC commercial, supply chain or market access experience.

- Proven experience engaging with supranational agencies, global funders, or multilateral procurement organisations.
- Strong cross-functional project management experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and ability to work in a hybrid model from Belgium office.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Advanced degree in public health, health economics, policy or related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into pragmatic recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation.

This position is hybrid, based in Belgium, with regular on-site collaboration and flexible remote working as agreed with your manager.
