About our Team

The Field Account Manager (FAM) is a sales position, responsible for Account Relationship and Retention for LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions in an assigned territory or industry-specific vertical.
 

About the Role

This role will be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities of existing customers. This individual will work with Sales Team to bring deal to closure as well as monitoring accounts for renewals.
 

Responsibilities

  • Establishing Account relationship and retention strategy
  • Upselling and cross-selling existing accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities for upselling
  • Monitoring accounts for renewal
  • Engaging with accounts to limit cancellations
  • Maintaining accounts in CRM in partnership with Sales Representative
  • Conducting customer-specific product demos


Requirements

  • Experience B2B Account Management
  • Speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to manage large volume accounts
  • Experience with CRM system
  • Strong analytics and negotiations skills
