Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align with organizational goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration, and effective communication to drive the successful implementation of custom software solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate clear communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order to cash processes and integration points within SAP modules.
- Experience in configuring pricing, billing, and delivery functionalities within SAP SD.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting SAP SD related issues in a complex environment.
- Good understanding of SAP system architecture and data flow related to sales and distribution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
