Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Supply Chain Artificial Intelligence Analytics Senior Manager to join the team in either Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; Plano, TX; or Seattle, WA. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain (SC) domain.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees and first-level managers performing data science and analytics

• Forecasts, plans and leads strategic data science and analytics initiatives

• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides vision, oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience within information technology

• 5+ years of experience developing, analyzing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and related algorithms

• 5+ years of IT experience with an emphasis in supply chain business processes

• 5+ years of experience with developing applications with SQL databases

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Master’s degree or higher

Summary pay range: $158,950 – $230,000
