  • 機械設備・産業機械に関する安全基準・手順の策定、維持、改善
  • 機械設備におけるリスクアセスメントの実施および是正措置の推進
  • 労働安全衛生法、機械安全に関する各種法令・規格に基づくコンプライアンス対応
  • 現場での安全監査、点検、事故・ヒヤリハット事例の分析と再発防止策の立案
  • 作業者・協力会社への機械安全教育・トレーニングの企画・実施
  • 新規設備導入・改修時の機械安全レビューおよび承認プロセスへの参画
  • グローバルEHS基準との整合性確保、関連部門やステークホルダーとの連携
  • グローバル基準、関連する国際規格(例:ISOJIS 等)に基づく設計レビュー

応募資格

  • 機械工学または関連分野の学士以上
    または上記分野以外の学士であっても、実務で同等と見なせる知識や経験がある
  • 日本語能力として、JLPT N3 以上を必須とし、N2 以上の資格保持者を歓迎します
  • 労働安全衛生法、機械安全関連法規および規格に関する知識
  • 製造業・プラント・工場などにおける機械安全管理経験(歓迎)
  • リスクアセスメント、事故調査、是正措置の実務経験
  • (歓迎)機械保全技能士、安全衛生関連資格(例:ISO45001内部監査員)

Job Summary

In our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department, you will be responsible for safety management related to mechanical equipment and industrial machinery. Through regulatory compliance, development and implementation of internal standards, and risk assessments, you will play a key role in ensuring employee safety and improving the reliability of our equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve safety standards and procedures for mechanical equipment and industrial machinery
  • Conduct risk assessments for machinery and promote corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Industrial Safety and Health Act and standards related to machinery safety
  • Conduct on-site safety audits and inspections, and analyze accidents and near-miss cases to develop recurrence‑prevention measures
  • Plan and deliver machinery safety education and training for employees and contractors
  • Participate in safety reviews and approval processes for new equipment installations and equipment modifications
  • Ensure alignment with global EHS standards and collaborate with related departments and stakeholders
  • Conduct design reviews in accordance with global standards and relevant international regulations (e.g., ISO, JIS)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
    (Candidates with degrees in other fields may also be considered if they possess equivalent knowledge or experience.)
  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher (N2 or above preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to machinery safety and the Industrial Safety and Health Act
  • Experience in machinery safety management in manufacturing, plant, or industrial settings (preferred)
  • Practical experience in risk assessment, accident investigation, and corrective action implementation
  • Preferred certifications: Machinery Maintenance Technician, EHS-related qualifications (e.g., ISO 45001 Internal Auditor)
