  • Summer Internships: Monday, May 19, 2025 (40/hours per week max)

The Support & Enablement Intern supports the Support and Enablement team by learning and assisting in running important programs, creating self-service documentation, and working to update enablement content. This person will have the opportunity to learn about the Workiva platform, how we support our customers, and how we build enablement content for customers and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Work on Support and Enablement programs such as customer satisfaction or quality assurance

  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Services, Operations and Growth Solutions on various projects

  • Review and update documentation with expectations of creating customer-facing help articles

  • Contributes to improving the customer experience - offering ideas and being part of the improvement process to benefit the customer

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in business or similar program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in changing tasks and responsibilities

  • Strong communication (verbal, listening and writing) skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Attention to detail and follow-through are required

  • Must have a desire to work within SaaS support, success, education or enablement

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Minimal Travel

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
