How you will contribute:
 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic People & Culture Data Analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in migrating data from multiple source systems into our Snowflake data lake, establishing it as the single source of truth for advanced analytics. You will design and develop robust data models that will serve as the foundation for enterprise dashboards, KPIs, machine learning, and more.
 

Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into tailored analytics solutions and deliver clear, actionable insights that empower better decision-making through:

  • Deep understanding of analytics models and insights: Align analytics models with business priorities, context, and operational challenges by understanding organizational objectives and challenges. Leverage data insights to influence decision-making and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Data integration and management: Collaborate with the data integration team to move data from source systems to the data lake (Snowflake), ensuring data privacy, integrity, and consistency. Advocate for data best practices to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Database and data modeling expertise: Solid fundamental database concepts such as dimensional modeling and relational database architecture. Design data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, aligning with business requirements in the context of BI and AI.
  • Develop dashboards and reports: Create Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, visual reports, and Gen-AI insights. Establish row-level security on data and manage the security layer models of data applications.
  • Collaboration and actionable insights: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. Distill complex data sets into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.

The Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of experience in data modeling, visualization/dashboard development, and proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, Dataiku.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in business analytics, particularly within the HR domain, and with data warehousing/data lakes, preferably Snowflake/SQL Server.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and support strategic objectives by understanding business processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, including handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Proven experience with effectively collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to align data-driven solutions with organizational goals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources.
