Join us as an Workday Specialist - Compensation & Benefits focused on Compensation and Benefits and play a key part in helping colleagues across our organisation experience seamless and intuitive HR processes. This is a role where your Workday expertise, your curiosity and your desire to support others come together to make a genuine impact every day.
What will you be doing?
You will be at the heart of our HR Technology team, supporting Compensation and Benefits processes that shape the employee experience globally. Your days will bring a mix of collaboration, problem solving and continuous learning as you take ownership of cases, help managers and employees navigate Workday, and keep our core processes running smoothly. You will work closely with product owners, Reward partners and other HR teams as you troubleshoot issues, guide users through changes, maintain data quality and contribute to system improvements. From testing new releases to supporting key annual cycles, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring that our technology truly supports how people work.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means combining a strong foundation in Workday with a service mindset and a desire to make things better. You will thrive if you enjoy learning from others, spotting opportunities for improvement and bringing structure to complexity.
Minimum five years of hands on Workday experience, ideally across Core HR, Advanced Compensation and Benefits
Experience supporting compensation or benefits processes in a global organisation
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes.
Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise effectively and meet agreed service levels
A mindset focused on partnership, continuous improvement and clear communication
