What will you be doing?

You will be at the heart of our HR Technology team, supporting Compensation and Benefits processes that shape the employee experience globally. Your days will bring a mix of collaboration, problem solving and continuous learning as you take ownership of cases, help managers and employees navigate Workday, and keep our core processes running smoothly. You will work closely with product owners, Reward partners and other HR teams as you troubleshoot issues, guide users through changes, maintain data quality and contribute to system improvements. From testing new releases to supporting key annual cycles, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring that our technology truly supports how people work.

• Minimum five years of hands on Workday experience, ideally across Core HR, Advanced Compensation and Benefits

• Experience supporting compensation or benefits processes in a global organisation

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes.

• Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise effectively and meet agreed service levels

• A mindset focused on partnership, continuous improvement and clear communication
