About the team + role

Robinhood’s value of Radical Customer Focus drives us to build innovative product experiences, services, and capabilities that help customers succeed at every level. As the PM for Platinum, you will be driving the strategy and execution of new product experiences and internal capabilities that will grow one of our fastest growing customer segments - High Value Customers. 

You’ll lead a team dedicated to creating innovative approaches to service and exclusive offerings. You’ll be working closely with a passionate group of data scientists, engineers, designers and our leadership team. Your leadership will be instrumental in launching innovative features and platforms that empower our users.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the execution of major initiatives that will deliver customer growth, asset growth, and retention
  • Draft requirements for initiatives that are clear, accurate, and easily translatable into technical requirements. Be thorough in defining goals and success criteria.
  • Be a leader, work across functions to provide clarity and direction to ensure initiatives are moving forward effectively 
  • Foster a culture of learning and iteration through experimentation. 
  • Partner across engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs.
  • Deliver delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree 
  • 6+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products
  • 2+ years of experience working in sales systems, consumer growth, CRM, or lead generation
  • Familiarity and interest in sales processes
  • Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
  • Past experience working with design and UXR in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
