Qualifications:

  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred.

  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.

  • Must have excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and walk for prolonged periods of time. 

  • Able to pull, lift and push up to 150lbs during entire shift.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform evening turndown service, including turning down the bed, closing drapes, dimming lights, and providing turndown amenities.

  • Replace used towels, toiletries, and other amenities to ensure the room is fully stocked and guest-ready.

  • Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy, including straightening up personal items, emptying trash, and organizing furniture.

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner if encountered during turndown service.

  • Address any guest requests or preferences, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.

  • Maneuver turndown attendant carts with supplies, amenities, clean linen, and keep turndown attendant carts clean and organized. 

  • Operate a Smartphone device to access Guest room assignments and report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair submitting work orders. 

  • Cleans and sanitizes all rooms and bathrooms.

  • Comply with OSHA regulations and Loews Hotels cleaning policies, training guidelines and procedures. 

  • Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed. 

  • Other duties as assigned
