Job Description:

  • Solution Design: Develop and architect tailored ServiceNow solutions based on Customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Customer Consultation: Engage with Customers to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure solutions align with their objectives.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow solutions and their benefits to potential Customers.
  • Creation of Project Cost Estimates
  • Project Coordination Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of solution implementations and address any issues that arise.
  • Solution Optimization: Continuously assess ServiceNow products and refine solution templates.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and knowledge with Customers and internal teams to promote effective solution usage and innovation.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the solution development lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation and reports on solution design, implementation status, and performance.
