Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, is expected to lead process improvements, integrate digital and automation solutions, and proactively drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across manufacturing operations.

Degree Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronic & Automatization Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

What You Will Do

Collaborative Automation:

• Knowledge of techniques and processes of collaborative automation
• Ability to develop and deploy Cobots/robots to automate manufacturing processes. (Vectis, Fanuc.)
• Programming skills for Cobots/Robots

Robotic Process Automation (RPA):

• Knowledge of techniques and processes of robotic process automation (RPA)
• Ability to develop and deploy RPA solutions in various industries. (Weld & Paint)

Engineering – Manufacturing:

• Experience using SAP, AutoCAD, CREO Parametric
• Capital projects experience
• Basic knowledge of design principles and use of fixtures

Decision-making and critical thinking:

• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and make productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Top Candidates have:

• Green Belt Certification

Additional information

• This position is located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

• The work schedule is Monday through Friday (6:24 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), with the option of shift changes and weekend work.

• This position requires travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international).

• Relocation is not available for this position.
