DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYTICS – Program Manager

  • Directs the development and execution of internal program business plans, with focus on scoping, pricing and execution of projects in accordance with contracts.
  • Performs program management with oversight of project profitability, program health, execution of field work, oversight of data collection and QA/QC, timeline management, and client reporting metrics.
  • Supports internal business development initiatives within the DCA service offering while identifying and pursuing ancillary opportunities in related services including Facility Conditional Assessments, Environmental assessments, Property Condition evaluations, Appraisal services, and ALTA/ZCR reports.
  • This role involves cross-selling complementary services to existing clients and expanding the company's service portfolio reach within current engagements.
  • Experience with performing data collection on building systems, and knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and facility maintenance equipment and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Preferable but not essential to have additional experience with IoT devices, including function and deployment.
  • Responsible for ensuring utilization and production of team members assigned to programs that they are leading. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assists Global Lead with day-to-day responsibilities of project management operations.
  • Generates internal opportunities working with Account Directors and Solutions Developers for team to conduct Data Collection services.
  • Leads field teams as the senior professional during walk-through surveys, ensuring comprehensive execution of the defined scope of services. This leadership role involves coordinating team activities, maintaining quality standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions during data collection activities.
  • Must ensure photographs are taken of representative systems and conditions.
  • Must adhere to client site visit protocols.
  • Provides data quality and control checks, as necessary.
  • Travel may be required 25% of the time, including domestic and global as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Works with Accounting and Management to track proposals, invoices, receivables and is responsible for production allocations to producers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Can have direct supervisory responsibilities. 
  • Maintain internal and external KPI’s associated with production, utilization and profitability of programs.
  • Will mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.
  • Ensures that all responsibilities of direct reports are completed within a timely manner.
  • Approves timecards and expense reports weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 

  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Asset Data Management, or similar field.
  • Ten (10) or more years of business development and client management and/or consulting experience in a related industry within commercial real estate.
  • Preferred to have demonstrable experience with growing a book of business and executing program services to achieve targeted growth objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field is preferred;.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, have strong time management and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach, and with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines without direct oversight.
  • Must be proficient with using an iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Former Facility Maintenance/Management and Client CMMS/IWMS experience a plus.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES 

  • Possesses OSHA-10 Construction Industry Outreach Training at a minimum, or can obtain one.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Possesses a U.S. Passport or can obtain one.
  • Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist, or Architectural License is preferred but not required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS 

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret issues related to scope requirements and communicate with team members and clients on a collaborative basis. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, consultative, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while eliciting relevant information from contacts.
  • Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management. 

REASONING ABILITY 

  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. 
  • Requires analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Must be self-motivated and team oriented.
  • The position requires simultaneously managing deliverables for multiple ongoing assignments.

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,000.00 – 125,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
