Cro Metrics is in search of a Marketing Specialist committed to elevating brand awareness and engagement through ABM campaigns and compelling content. This role is designed for a marketing professional to contribute to multifaceted campaigns across various channels. What You’ll Do

As the Marketing Specialist, you will develop and produce high-quality content aimed at increasing brand awareness, fostering audience engagement, and generating leads with a focus on three key areas: 

  • 50% content writing - Both long and short form across channels.
  • 25% campaign execution and management -  Own and execute lifecycle and social campaigns for our growth marketing agency. 
  • 25% BD support - Maintain and evolve HubSpot and other BD and CRM engagements and supporting tools.

This role will work collaboratively with the marketing team to support the Director of Marketing in developing and executing various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will span multiple channels, including advertising, social media, email marketing, content creation, webinars, sales enablement, and events.

Key Aspects of How You’ll Work

Partnership and Collaboration You’ll work with SMEs to support go-to-market initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • Content creation of lead magnets, webinars, and various co-marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the SMEs and Senior Leadership Team to plan, write and implement thought leadership content that drives traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Design and produce, with assistance from the design team, compelling visual graphics for use across digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Senior-Led Selling Team to develop concepts and strategies for campaigns.

Personal Ownership

  • Content: Develop and manage content calendars, produce marketing materials, social posts, email campaigns, and case studies.
  • LinkedIn Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Email Campaigns: Design audience segments and personalized messaging for engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign metrics for optimization.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a library of visual assets for branding consistency.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Top-tier digital content writing skills both long and short form
  • Proven experience creating digital content on various marketing platforms. 
  • Driven by the details but know how to balance good and great based on urgency.
  • Ability to analyze data, tell clear and compelling stories in a concise and influential manner
  • Experience with Hubspot, Figma, and Wordpress is preferred.
  • A passion for building relationships and cross-functional teamwork.

Compensation: $65-$75k + benefits.
