Your Job

As Associate Manager, you bring the latest innovation and technology ideas in order to plan, deliver and execute Technology projects or support large technology programs for Accenture or its clients :

• As a delivery lead within insurance you continuously stay on top of the latest developments in Life Insurance (without being an expert)
• You share your delivery expertise with your project team and Accenture team
• You are responsible for managing your own team and scope as part of various international IT transformational projects in the Financial Services industry
• You achieve high value outcomes for our clients and their businesses by consistently delivering the client value propositions from Accenture and by developing and implementing strong processes, systems, measurements and controls in line with market best practices.
•  You shape, mobilize, sustain and accelerate high performing teams to successfully deliver technology projects.
• You may manage service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across one client deal and /or country.
• You are ready to leverage AI to bring the client experience to the next level

Job Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience within the Life Insurance domain (consulting or internal)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, stakeholder management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Knowledge of different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with delivering with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
