TITLE: EComm Ops Analyst
JOB LOCATION: 350 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752
DUTIES: Work to support our digital operations. Involved in the process of selecting and managing BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc’s suppliers, specifically to analyze vendor compliance reporting and
provide recommendations to the BJ’s product & merchant teams based on shipping KPI’s.
•Provide detailed reporting tracking key KPI’s to monitor omni category fulfillment performance and offer actionable business insights helping impact operational efficiency and drive strategic direction
•Complete vendor warehouse mapping, including regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and BJ’s engineering team
•Manage the set up of new clubs, ensuring orders are routed based on warehouse locations serving that zip code
•Partner with core merchants and vendors to troubleshoot order fulfillment issues, closely monitoring inventory cancellations and shipping sla’s
•Partner with core merchants and vendors to establish, monitor and remediate issues with vendor SLA’s and standards.
•Execute high priority projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders for continuous process improvements and enhancements, drive the decision-making process and communicate on progress frequently
•Provide analyses in areas such as back orders, delivery processes and shipping profitability at category and program level
•Partner with analytics teams in developing custom reports and dashboards, perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot data issues
•Maintain BJ’s drop ship vendor database
•Analyze vendor compliance reporting and provide recommendations to the BJ’s merchant teams based on shipping KPI’s and order fill rates
Provide input to product engineering to solve for issues and opportunities to improve vendor fill rates and overall member satisfaction
•Partner with our service provider and BJ’s management to deliver weekly and quarterly business and performance reviews
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Management or a related field or foreign equivalent, plus 1 year experience as a Business Analyst or related; 1 year experience in e-commerce sales, data analysis, build data models, identify opportunities for improvements in operational processes and provide recommendations, provide operational reporting and build custom dashboards in Excel; Pivot table analysis; Salesforce Sales Cloud tool; experience may be gained concurrently.
