Senior Recruiter

As a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HR Leaders, the Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in driving Polaris’ talent acquisition strategy. This role goes beyond full lifecycle recruiting to include internal talent mobility, operational excellence, and proactive pipeline development aimed at supporting Polaris’ profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial intake/scoping calls through sourcing, screening, selection, and offer acceptance.
  • Manage a Dynamic Requisition Load: Own a portfolio of 15–25 functional roles at any given time, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes.
  • Champion the Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-quality, engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Drive Progress & Remove Barriers: Monitor requisition status, identify obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure successful and timely hires.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices, market intelligence, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain real-time candidate status and provide timely reporting through the Workday Recruiting ATS.
  • Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with business and functional leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Polaris’ broader business strategy.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and outcomes through a solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Proven success in full lifecycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
