Engage business and corporate function POC to understand and support deliverables and priorities. • Collaborate closely with corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Geographic Services) in the delivery of P+ services. • Adopt global strategies and tools used throughout Key responsibilities: • Act as a business partner. Engage business and corporate function POC to understand and support deliverables and priorities. • Collaborate closely with corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Geographic Services) in the delivery of P+ services. • Adopt global strategies and tools used throughout the source to payment lifecycle. • Support Sourcing and Category Lead • Leverage delivery centers for transaction processing related to sourcing support, procurement operations, payables, help desk, and reporting. • Perform sourcing and supplier management to achieve optimization of supply and best value for money solutions considering quality, speed, total cost of ownership, risk and other factors. Operational Responsibilities: • Sourcing and Category Management Provide procurement and product/service expertise for the spend sub-categories in scope. Seek out procurement solutions, working in partnership with suppliers and Accenture Procurement Plus stakeholders, to deliver significant cost reduction and/or service improvement opportunities. These will include but not be limited to: o Manage demand o Perform industry and market analysis o Work with Sourcing Category Lead to Develop and Implement sourcing strategies o Screen suppliers, build selection criteria & perform supplier analysis o Conduct RFX and analyze/score bids o Execute negotiation plans o Manage contract process o Manage supplier relationships • Purchasing Operations Ensuring appropriate processes are in place so that: o Purchase Requests created are in accordance with the Accenture Procurement Plus supply strategies and Accenture Policy o Purchase Requests are issued to Supplier with required product / services specifications required for Supplier to accurately fulfill Purchase Request o Any issues with Supplier fulfillment are managed professionally and in a timely fashion o Invoicing issues and queries are handles competently, efficiently and effectively o Continuous improvements to the Operational Purchasing process are sought and implemented as appropriate. • Undergraduate degree. Postgraduate degree is a plus. • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset • Certification in procurement or category specific qualifications is a plus. • Focus on details and results oriented. • Strong communication skills. • Team player. Capable to work with various stakeholders (in country and globally) in a collaborative environment that is part of a multi-level global matrix organization OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 3 years experience in sourcing/procurement; at least 1 supervisory experience • Has good communications and soft skills • Has good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills • Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate will be preferred • Proficiency in MS Office tools and / or Project management would be an advantage. • Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate would be preferred • Good quantitative and analytical skills • Working knowledge of Ariba / SAP systems would be an advantage.
