All are welcome to apply! Behavior Technicians at Sunrise ABA are responsible for implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the direct supervision of a BCBA. The role involves working one-on-one with clients to deliver therapy sessions, collect data on client progress, and support the development of critical skills across various domains such as communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Associate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and the ability to supervise and support behavior technicians. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring effective implementation of ABA strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based ABA interventions and monitor client progress.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to behavior technicians and RBTs.
  • Train BT/RBTs on behavior intervention techniques and data collection procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in behavior analysis.
  • Stay current with advancements in ABA research and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Enrolled in Master's Program (ABA) within next 6 months. 
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ABA therapy, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, data collection, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Central Reach preferred. 
  • RBT credential preferred.
