Investor Advisory
Investor Advisory is an advisory function within the Rothschild & Co Global Advisory business. This team provides clients with strategic equity market advice and investor engagement services to help them compete for capital as effectively as possible. This includes identifying and accessing the most relevant equity capital pools for our clients, helping them to understand how the market perceives their investment case, and optimising their equity story. We have also developed a leading ESG capability.

Role
As an Associate in the Investor Advisory team, you will play a key role in supporting and driving client projects that enhance clients’ positioning within the equity capital markets. Associates are expected to manage aspects of client engagements, contribute sophisticated market insights, and take an active role in client interactions. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and be instrumental in providing clients with strategic advice, focusing on improving market perception, shareholder engagement, and capital market access. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of strategic equity market advice for clients, ensuring they are positioned to attract and retain capital effectively
• Deliver and oversee investor engagement activities, including non-deal roadshows
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored insights and recommendations
• Conduct thorough analysis of equity capital markets and identify relevant investor pools
• Provide guidance on optimising clients’ equity stories and ESG messaging
• Mentor Analysts and junior team members
• Collaborate across the Rothschild & Co Global Advisory business, working with cross-functional teams to bring integrated solutions to clients

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, equities, corporate broking or a related field
• Strong understanding of equity markets, shareholder engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex insights to clients clearly and impactfully
• Proven project management skills, with experience in leading aspects of client engagements and managing deliverables
• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
