The Partner Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in the Worldwide Video Sales Operations Team, contributing directly to the growth and success of our partner channel. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential new Video Security and Access Control partners to ensure their onboarding process is smooth and stress free; from the time they submit their interest in becoming a Partner to signing their contracts to submitting their first order. This will be a stepping stone for someone who wants a career path in sales, sales operations or customer success.
Responsibilities:
Manage the whole onboarding process, ensuring that all onboarding pre-requisites, processes and forms are completed accurately
Issue, maintain and organize partner contracts and documentation
Communicate with sales teams in a proactive fashion
Coordinate and lead the efforts related to a new partner’s account setup
Provide advice and support to new Partners: make them aware of partner resources and onboarding requirements
Effectively prioritize and manage a case queue of varying partner related tasks
Collaborate with Manager and colleagues to identify and remedy onboarding improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or 2+ years of customer onboarding or sales operations experience
Fast Learner
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and ever changing environment
Can apply critical thinking to make a proper judgment call
Demonstrates Self Mastery
Strong interpersonal skills
Support mindset and aptitude
Salesforce user proficiency
Experience in Salesforce CRM sales application
Experience with a Help Desk Software
Experience in a B2B environment
Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
