Now, we’re looking for a Service Coordinator to make a difference in the lives of our residents by connecting them with valuable programs and resources to support their well-being and independence!

What You’ll Do

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll:
Create and coordinate engaging programs and activities for residents.
Connect residents with local agencies and low-cost service providers.
Be a trusted advocate—identifying needs and making referrals to essential services.
Build relationships with community organizations to expand available resources.
Organize educational events covering healthcare, life skills, and community support.
Provide top-tier customer service, addressing concerns and assisting with basic needs.
Support residents in accessing services like transportation, financial assistance, and personal care.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in social services, especially working with elderly or family populations.
Skills: Strong knowledge of local resources, problem-solving abilities, and advocacy skills.
